1. In short

PrePeek doesn't store the player data it shows. When you look up a player, their public data (Steam, Leetify, FACEIT) is fetched, shown to you and deleted automatically within about 30 minutes. Nothing is sold or shared.

2. What is shown

A summary of public game data and PrePeek's automatic assessments, such as smurf or cheat signs. They are estimates, not accusations. We may show this public data because it helps players prepare for their matches (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. When you use PrePeek

• Cookie: one necessary cookie. No tracking, analytics or ads.
• Steam sign-in is optional and only gives us your SteamID, which we keep while you're signed in.
• Search limits: an identifier made from your IP address is used for the limits and against abuse, for 24 hours at most.
• Only in your browser: your settings, notes on players, tag memory and recent searches (the last 24 hours) are saved in your own browser, never on our server. "Clear my data" in Settings deletes them.
• Cloudflare carries the traffic and protects the site (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
• Supporter, Pro and Legend: Stripe handles the payment and your card details under its own privacy policy. We keep your SteamID, the tier, the day your membership began and Stripe's customer and subscription IDs while the membership lasts, and the start day for 30 days after it ends (so your months count on if you come back).
• EARLY SUPPORTER: members during the beta keep this mark for good; only the SteamID is kept for it.
• Hall of Legends: only if you turn it on, your Steam name and picture are shown there. You can turn it off anytime. A Legend's card theme is kept with their SteamID.

4. Your rights

Use "Don't show my data" below to hide your data; only your SteamID is kept for that. You can also ask us to delete what we keep about you (membership details, the EARLY mark). Wrong game data is fixed at its source (Steam, Leetify or FACEIT). You can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
